Time to have your say

This year’s annual Employee Survey is now open and will run until Friday 15 March.

This is your chance to tell us what it’s like working at Royal Mail and what is important to you. The survey is managed by independent research company Ipsos MORI, and all responses are completely confidential.

Once again, this year’s survey includes some optional questions about you, such as your age, gender, ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation. There are also questions on whether you have a disability, or caring responsibilities for children or adults.

You do not have to share this information, but if you choose to do so, your answers will help us build a better picture of our people and what improvements we need to make to support you more effectively.   

Your feedback matters

Last year, more colleagues than ever before said that action had been taken in their work areas following the previous survey. Here are some examples of what teams across the business have been doing on the back of their 2018 survey results:
