Robin - your new app

Our ambition is to become the go-to place to work and to help bring our people, tools and services together, we are pleased to announce a new and exciting employee app – meet Robin.
Robin is your new, daily app and one-stop-shop for all our people-related information at work. It is also the new home for the People App so you will also be able to access your payslips, annual leave, benefits and more.
It will be the place you come to for news, information and social networking and it's tailored to you. You can also recognise your teams through shout outs, awards and badges and it's great for connecting with colleagues up and down the country through social spaces and communities.
It will be available for ALL colleagues - even those that do not normally log on to a computer. We’ve made it super easy as it is ‘Single Sign On’ for everyone one - username, one password and any device.
Robin is the front door to everything you need working for Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Chief Executive, Emma Gilthorpe, says: ‘Royal Mail is a people-powered business and the reach we have across the nation makes us very special. As we drive the business forward, we must bring all of our people together to harness that power. Robin is the tool to do help make that happen.
‘In naming our new engagement platform we wanted to nod to our heritage even though we are using the very latest technology to underpin our digital employee experience – that’s why we called it Robin, the nickname for Victorian posties.
‘My objective for Robin is to help our people feel they have access to information they need to understand what is happening across the business. A one-stop shop to support our colleagues in doing their jobs in a fun and engaging way, to keep them connected to what is going on across Royal Mail. Join me and log on to Robin today.'
