Employee Survey 2019

This year’s Employee Survey opens one week from today.
From Monday 25 February to Friday 15 March, you will have the chance to tell us what it’s like working for Royal Mail Group and what you would like us to improve on.
The Employee Survey is run by independent research company Ipsos MORI, and all responses are completely confidential.
Last year, more colleagues than ever before said that action had been taken in their work area following the previous survey. Here are some examples of what teams across the business have been doing on the back of their survey results:
