Chairman’s Awards – nominate today and support two worthy causes

With just over a week to go until nominations close for this year’s Chairman’s Awards for Excellence, there’s never been a better time to let everyone know about the colleagues you believe deserve to be recognised for their commitment and dedication.

Every colleague you nominate will receive a notification letting them know they’ve been nominated and for every nomination we receive, Royal Mail will donate £1 to our charity partner Action For Children, with a further £1 to our in-house charity, the Rowland Hill Fund.

So not only will you be letting colleagues know that their hard work is appreciated, you’ll be raising money for two very worthy causes.

Last year’s nominations raised around £2,000 for our chosen charities and we’d love to raise even more this time round. To help us reach that goal, all you need to do is identify the colleagues you think deserve to be nominated and complete this short entry form.

There are awards covering every area of the business, so no matter which colleagues or teams you want to recognise, there will be a suitable category.

The full list of awards is as follows:

  • CEO’s Award for Bravery
  • Rising Star Award
  • Postie of the Year
  • Team Leader of the Year
  • Team of the Year
  • Community Champion
