Judging criteria for each award can be found here

Here is the information to write a good nomination:

Writing your nomination

  • Carefully review the nomination criteria and ensure the individual/team meets that nomination criteria. Visit https://www.myroyalmail.com/chairmansawards2018
  • Justification and support - Make your nomination stand out – give details and specific examples, and try to bring them to life. The more information you can provide, the better – remember, the judging panel doesn’t know your nominee like you do. You need to show how your nominee has gone above and beyond their normal duties.
  • Relevance – Explain how they fit with our business values of Being Positive, Being Brilliant and Being Part of it
  • Make sure your nomination is clear and easy to read.

Structure – Introduce your nominee, explain why they are deserving of the nomination, and then sum everything up at the end.

Please include as much detail as you can. Please do not copy and paste from Microsoft Word as this can cause issues with formatting.
