BHF have lots of places in challenge events throughout 2025, from cycles to treks and swims which you can browse here. 

 

Sign up to Payroll Giving or Pennies from Pay 

Donating to BHF tax-free directly through your salary, Payroll Giving, is the most tax-efficient way to give. Find out more here. 

 

Organise your own fundraiser

Please note if you are organising your own bake sale or similar on site, you need to make your PIC and site catering team aware beforehand. 

 

How to set up a page on SponsorMe

To ensure that any funds you raise count towards our partnership total make sure you sign up for a SponsorMe event page under the BHF campaign. It is easy to do and you can click here for the very simple guide on how to do this.

 

Applying for match funding

If you are taking on an event during this time to raise funds for BHF then you are eligible for match giving from Royal Mail up to £200. To make it simple for you we will automatically apply match giving if you let the BHF team know you are taking on the event and share with them your fundraising page. Contact them at britishheartfoundation@royalmail.com 

For all other matched giving requests, please use the Community Support Scheme guidelines and application should you wish to apply for match for the BHF. You can do this here

 

Paying in cash from an event or from collection tins

To pay in your BHF funds via Charities Trust please complete the form on this page and they'll send you a paying-in slip. Please do not pay the funds directly to BHF.
