Payroll Giving

Our people have given over £65 million through the scheme since 1989, with thousands of charities across the UK benefiting from your generosity.

Our Payroll Giving scheme, which holds the Gold Payroll Giving Quality Mark Award, is one of the largest in the UK. We have given more than £65 million since 1989.

The biggest beneficiaries include County Air Ambulance, Action for Children, Barnardo’s, Cancer Research UK, Hospice UK and our own charity, the Rowland Hill Fund.

About two thirds of us give to charitable causes on a regular basis. However, we don't always do this in the most tax effective way. Payroll giving is a simple tax effective way to give to causes you care about through your pay.

If you are currently donating to our 'Charity of the Year'- This is currently the DEC, this will be reviewed in 2022-23 when we appoint our new National Charity Partner.
