Community Support Scheme - Fundraising and Volunteering Grants

Royal Mail Group employees can apply for a grant to support a fundraising or volunteering activity.
Volunteering grants

Fundraising Grants

Every Royal Mail Group employee can apply for a grant of up to £200 once each funding year to help cover the costs of organising a fundraising activity.

This applies to fundraising for our Charity Partner, Action for Children, in addition to all other registered charities and registered good causes you support.

This grant is only available if you have already applied and been accepted for one of Royal Mail’s matched giving schemes for the same fundraising event.

This grant is not available if you have applied for and been accepted for one of Royal Mail’s free spaces on the fundraising events calendars.

Volunteering Grants

Every Royal Mail Group employee can apply for a grant of up to £400 once every funding year to help cover the costs of organising a volunteering activity.

If you are raising funds, it does not count as volunteering and you should apply for matched giving and/or a fundraising grant instead.
