The Healthy Habits Challenge launched on Monday!
Over the course of the month, we are challenging all Royal Mail colleagues to make small and achievable changes to their everyday lives helping to improve their wellbeing.
The healthy habits are all based in science and link to four pillars of wellbeing – Diet, Exercise, Stress and Sleep.
We have worked alongside our National Charity Partner, British Heart Foundation, to design this challenge specially tailored to our colleagues.
