Royal Mail is committed to conducting business to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and openness. If you have a concern about something you can raise it through our independent and confidential whistleblowing facility, ‘Speak Up’.
From today, we will be using a new external industry-leading whistleblowing services provider, Safecall, to deliver our Speak Up service for employees at Royal Mail.
The Speak Up helpline number had not changed, however the web reporting link has. Here are the contact details:
- Call the Speak Up helpline on 0800 090 3154 – available 24/7, 365 days a year
- Visit https://www.safecall.co.uk/royalmail/ and make a web report – web reporting is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
