Restart a Heart Day

"Get trained!"
Today is restart a heart day.
What is Restart a Heart Day?
This Restart a Heart Day, Wednesday 16 October, British Heart Foundation and many other organisations worldwide will come together to:
- Grow public awareness of cardiac arrests.
- Increase the number of people trained in defibrillators and CPR.
The overall aim is to ensure that more people survive out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. Currently, the tragic reality is that less than 1 in 10 survive.
How can you take part in the biggest Restart a Heart Day yet?
Learn how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator using BHF's digital tool, RevivR. All the details on how you and your team can learn CPR are available here Learn CPR with British Heart Foundation | myroyalmail
