RMtv: Upping the upstream

Following on from the recent RMtv programme with Operations Programme Director, Kate Flintoft who brought us up to speed with the Indoor Transformation project, we’re back to get into the details of this with a focus of efficient upstream activity.

In this week’s RMtv programme, our presenter, Veesh Rathod joins the team at Home Counties North Mail Centre to get an understanding of how this will help how we process mail.

Also in the show, an update on the new Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan and getting our friends and family on board for our busiest time of year.
