The Heart of Royal Mail Awards aims to recognise the people who are making the most difference. With four categories that you could nominate a colleague for each quarter, our Director of Corporate Affairs, Jenny Hall, tells us a bit more about the Community Hero Award and why is it important we recognise the people who are making that extra bit of difference, whether that is fundraising for a good cause, volunteering, stepping up in times of need, or with simple acts of kindness.
