RMtv: Changing indoors

In this week’s programme we visit three locations, starting at Pershore Delivery Office and Stourport on Severn Delivery Office, to hear about the pilots that have been carried out in 21 delivery offices as part of the Delivery 2.0 Indoor project.

This is a part of the overall Indoor Transformation Programme where we are looking at how we can make changes to our indoor operations to set ourselves up to manage future letter decline and parcel growth. Over the next few weeks you can expect to hear more about the programme and how it will help us to shape our indoor operation for the future.

Further north at Edinburgh Mail Centre, the new and improved wellbeing room was unveiled in time for Mental Health Awareness Week.
