Change for Good

We are all responsible for providing a safe environment where everyone is protected from bullying, harassment, and inappropriate behaviour.
That’s why we launched Change For Good, our campaign to change Royal Mail for the better, by creating an inclusive culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We are now in the second phase of the campaign, our sexual harassment deep dive, aimed at equipping managers and colleagues with the tools to prevent and address sexual harassment at work.
Over the next couple of months, we encourage every Royal Mail employee to complete this essential learning designed to improve our awareness and understanding of sexual harassment and how we should deal with any instances that we experience or witness.
Complete your mandatory sexual harassment e-learning.
All colleagues will be assigned a mandatory sexual harassment e-learning on SuccessFactors on Monday 3June for completion by 30 June. Instructions on how to complete this can be found here.
Attend a mandatory manager webinar on sexual harassment.
All managers will have already been invited to register. If you have not attended a session, you can register here Sexual Harassment Webinars (ondemand.com).
Complete your mandatory sexual harassment Work Time Listen and Learn (WTLL)
All colleagues will have work time listen and learn (WTLL) sessions from the 3 June. Managers are advised to deliver these sessions as they are mandatory and provide essential guidance to prevent sexual harassment at work. The session overview can be found here.
Confirm you have read Our Business Standards
As a reminder, Our Business Standards are there to help everybody understand what’s acceptable and what’s not. Racism, sexism, bullying, and harassment have no place at Royal Mail and will not be tolerated, so it’s vital to report bad behaviour when and where you see it. You can find them on the RMG People Policy tile or the PFSL People Policy tile on the People App. Don’t forget to complete this form to confirm you have read them – you will need your pay number.
We know speaking out isn’t always easy, but please don’t suffer in silence. We promise we will listen to you, we will take action, and together we will change for good.
