Change for Good is our campaign to change Royal Mail for the better, by creating an inclusive culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We all have a role in building an inclusive culture at Royal Mail. To help you play your part, please ensure you engage in the campaign, and encourage your colleagues to take part as well.
What should I be doing now?
- Completing your mandatory sexual harassment training, ensuring you are equipped with the training, tools, and guidance to challenge negative behaviours at all levels of the business.
- Role-modelling good behaviours, treating each other fairly and in alignment with Our Business Standards.
- Being brave enough to call out inappropriate behaviours when we see them through your manager and the Raising Concerns Tile on the People App.

What’s coming next?
In Q4 2024/2025, we are launching our deep dive on racism, ensuring you are equipped with the training, tools, and guidance to challenge racism at all levels of the business. This will be followed in Q1 2025/2026 with a Disability deep dive.
Both deep dives will include:

- Mandatory e-learning for colleagues and managers
- Mandatory webinars for managers
