The proposed changes can seem complex, which is why we’ve created a new animated video to present the concept in a different way. The example is simplified and shows urban duties.

Lots of colleagues have asked questions about the proposal and want to know more about how it would work in practice. A full Q&A document is available on the Royal Mail people site, but we wanted to highlight some of the more frequently asked questions.

A WTLL has been sent to managers to share the video with teams – it will be available in the Quality of Service section of Content on Demand from Wednesday morning – and feedback on some key topics.
