Introducing Parcelshops
Royal Mail customers will be able to use the Collect+ network to drop off parcels, either pre-paid parcels purchased via Click&DropTM or Tracked Returns.
We announced we’d teamed up with Collect+ last month and deployment is underway towards reaching the initial 700 locations. This is set to extend to 5,000 by the summer.
They can print the label at home or bring a QR code into the store. The launch will include an initial 142 stores, which can be searched for by customers through our ‘Services Near You’, on royalmail.com as they go live.
We will keep rolling out more until we get to around 5,000 stores.
Initially, this will be available to domestic parcels and exclude International, Special Delivery Guaranteed and Stamped parcels.
Post Office branches continue to offer Royal Mail services, as they always have.
