We Are Christmas

Royal Mail has been delivering Christmas for 500 years. From iconic red postboxes to Christmas cards and presents under the tree - we are synonymous with Christmas for so many people and businesses across the nation. It is the time when our customers rely on us most.
Despite the challenges we've faced, being such a central part of everyone's Christmas gives us a golden opportunity – more so at this time than any other – to show everyone that we are still the carrier of choice.
Today we have launched our We are Christmas campaign – and as we pull out all the stops for this peak and we are asking you to join us. >Watch our We Are Christmas campaign video here<.
We know more than anyone else that every single gift, card and letter is important. But we also know we need to improve our quality of service to deliver a great Christmas.
That is why last week we launched the quality of service peak incentive to reward and recognise your efforts as we go along. By working as a team, you can be rewarded as a team.
We're aiming to meet 98% USO delivery point coverage and either 93% or 95% combined tracked products performance (depending on the week). We know they are stretching targets and need teams to work together and go above and beyond to achieve them. If it was easy, everyone would do it. But Royal Mail quality is what our customers expect.
Check out our microsite on myroyalmail.com where you can find all the information and resources your need relating to the campaign, including information about our one-off discretionary peak quality of service incentive scheme for operational employees and a recording of We Are Christmas Teams Live call from 30 October.
