Embrace Your Life

Utilising Your Wellbeing

At the beginning of this week, we launched our new wellbeing programme – Your Wellbeing, which replaces Feeling First Class and First Class Support.

And since Monday we’ve been showcasing our four pillars of wellbeing support available for all colleagues. Looking after Your Mind, Your Health and Your Money, the last pillar we want to share with you is Your Life.

Whether its support navigating life’s big events or smaller day-to-day challenges, we have resources to help you and those around you. It might be work life, family life, or social life – through Your Wellbeing you’re covered.

Your Life – services available:

  • Help@hand and Employee Assistance Programme – Download Help@Hand now and register using pin: 164003. Here you can access an online GP, physiotherapy, mental health consultations and much more.  Head to the money, life, or wellbeing support section or call the Employee Assistance Programme 24/7 helpline on 0345 266 5060 for personalised advice.  Remember EAP is completely independent to the Group, so if you have a HR related matter please speak to your line manager who can contact HR for you.
  • Speak with a lifestyle coach, personal trainer or nutritionist – complete the Wellbeing 360 assessments in Help@hand and unlock time with a personal trainer to help create healthier habits. Everyone also has access to personal trainer and nutritionist advice.
  • Carer support - You can count on Carers UK for guidance on practical and financial matters related to caring for someone as well as access to their online forum where you can register using: EFC1461. You might also like to join our Parents and Carers Group on Workplace.
