Launching Your Wellbeing

Our new wellbeing programme

We know you go above and beyond to deliver for the nation, and we’re committed to delivering more support for you and your family.

That’s why today we’re launching Your Wellbeing - the new name of our wellbeing programme.

Whether it’s aches and pains, financial worries or personal stress, Your Wellbeing has services, tools and advice to help. It’s free, confidential and independent to Royal Mail and its available 24/7.

Throughout this week we’ll be explaining more about the services that are available for everyone including many services for your family.

Your Wellbeing replaces Feeling First Class and First Class Support

We listened and you told us how confusing it can be to understand what each service delivers.  It’s really important we make wellbeing as simple as possible for everyone to access.

Your Wellbeing replaces Feeling First Class; and First Class Support is now referred to as the Employee Assistance Programme.

Whilst we update our internal guides and resources, which will take some time, we ask everyone to help by removing any existing Feeling First Class or First Class Support references from your workplace, including documents, and during conversations – replacing them with Your Wellbeing.

The new Wellbeing Hub – your ‘one stop shop’ for everything wellbeing

Alongside the launch of Your Wellbeing, today our brand new Wellbeing Hub also goes live.

Rebranded to Your Wellbeing and now even easier to access, everything you need to support your wellbeing is available all in one place, from mental and physical health to finances and life tips.  It also has all the resources you need to replace Feeling First Class to Your Wellbeing.

Ready to get started?

You can access the hub from the new Your Wellbeing tile on the People App or by clicking here.

One of the main services available is Help@hand, where you can access everything from mental health, physio and online GP consultations. Visit the Wellbeing Hub for more information or download Help@Hand now and register using the pin: 164003.
