In less than a week, all Royal Mail colleagues can access Workplace by Facebook to collaborate and communicate together, writes Paul Smith.
The online tool has been available for managers only to this point, but as part of our drive to be more inclusive and work together the invite is now open to all to get involved - allowing everyone to take part in the decisions that bring about our change.
Workplace behaves in a similar way to Facebook, for those who already use that popular social media tool. It does not use your personal information and is not linked to your Facebook account.
If you are a member of Team Royal Mail – your voice will now be heard.
‘I believe this tool will also make sure we turn great ideas into action, quickly,’ says CEO Simon Thompson.
‘We know from our recent Trust Survey that you want to be involved in changes that impact your work - this is your chance.’
