Leeds LD colleague is tops in quality

Lawrence Cieslik (Operations Manager, Leeds LD) named Michael Butler (Customer Service Provider) as the unit’s Employee of the Month for October in recognition of his consistent improvement in quality of service.

Martin’s October 2019 figures confirm this, with First Time Delivered at 98.95%; BSI at 90.4%; and REX of Rex 72.3%. Well done, Martin!
