When work works
‘We want to ensure we have strong working relationships in all of our units’
Senior leaders in Royal Mail and the CWU are carrying out a number of joint visits to speak to colleagues about their experiences in the workplace.
The aim of the visits is to help us bring about cultural improvements across the business.
The visits started last week and will run through until 22 February, with a total of 62 unit visits taking place during that period.
The visits cover all geographical areas and all Royal Mail functions, with 48 delivery offices, nine Process units and five Logistics workplaces – including two fleet and maintenance facilities.
