The 2019 Employee Survey will run from Monday 25 February until Friday 15 March

The 2019 Employee Survey is your opportunity to tell us what it’s like working for Royal Mail Group.

Last year, 82% of colleagues took part, helping the business to understand what is important to you and what we need to focus on improving, both locally and nationally.   

The Employee Survey is run by independent research company Ipsos MORI, and all responses are completely confidential.

The most important part of the survey process is the action that comes out of its findings. Last year, more colleagues than ever before said that positive actions had been taken in their work area following the previous survey.
