Community
Quite unlike most other businesses, we have a presence in every community across the UK. We are passionate about using our national reach to support the communities where we live and work.
We encourage our people to play an active role in their communities through fundraising and volunteering.
Whether you raise funds for our national charity partner, donate through payroll giving or give your time to volunteer for a good cause, we want to support you in helping others.
Our Community Investment strategy focusses on:
- Leverage our national scale
Our national charity partner programme focusses our national scale around a singular cause chosen by our people, to which we can make a measurable difference.
We are delighted that the British Heart Foundation has been selected as our partner from 2022-2026. Read more about our partnership and how you can get involved here.
- Using our local presence
Our Missing People partnership uses our presence in communities to help find vulnerable, at-risk people of all ages. You can read more about our partnership here.
Our Community Support scheme and payroll giving schemes support the causes our people feel passionate about.
- Unlocking potential through education
