MRM closes on 31 January
Myroyalmail.com was originally launched to give access to Royal Mail information for colleagues who did not have access to a Royal Mail PC.
We’ve progressed a long way since then, and today every Royal Mail employee has both a business username and a password.
In May 2025 we launched Robin, the front door to everything you need at Royal Mail and the new home for the People App. Through our go-to app, you can stay in the know, order uniform and access your payslip, benefits and the Help@Hand service. You can also connect with colleagues across the business, and so much more.
All myroyalmail content has now moved across to Robin. Find all the information you need in the ‘Pages’ section and make connections in ‘Spaces’. If you need any further information on registering or navigating around Robin, you can find that here:
