Windsor Framework

The Windsor Framework is the agreement between the UK and the EU amending the Northern Ireland Protocol. As part of this, the requirements for sending parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland changed on 1st May 2025. 

From 1st May 2025, customers need to submit additional data at the point of postage. There are no changes to our products or operational processes and goods to and from Northern Ireland continue to flow smoothly.

The Windsor Framework does not cover parcels sent from Northern Ireland to Great Britain, parcels sent within Northern Ireland or correspondence.
