Taking Action: MyExperience 2025

With the results of the MyExperience 2025 survey now available, it's time to begin action planning.
Our ambition is to make Royal Mail the go-to place to work—where everyone feels welcome, safe, valued, and included. The MyExperience 2025 survey has provided valuable insight into what it’s like to work at Royal Mail from your perspective.
The Executive Board is working closely with Peakon to not only review the data but to gain deeper insight and identify key priority areas. The outcome of this work will be shared with you in the company-wide action plan.
At a local level, managers should now be working collaboratively with their teams to develop and implement meaningful, targeted action plans. Please ensure that these plans are completed and uploaded to Peakon by 9 May.
