MyExperience 2025 shows engagement is improving.

Thank you to the 51% - over half of you - who took part in the MyExperience 2025 survey. 66,138 colleagues responded, taking the opportunity to tell us what it’s like to work at Royal Mail.
Our ambition is to make Royal Mail the go-to place to work where everyone feels welcome, safe, valued and involved. The MyExperience 2025 survey is critical to achieving this, as it helps us understand what working life is like for you - what’s good, what needs improving and where action is needed.
What does the survey tell us?
Our overall engagement score is 6.4/10 which represents an increase in our engagement index compared with our last survey. This score also establishes our new company baseline and benchmark that we will measure progress against moving forward.
What Happens Next?
The Executive Board are reviewing the data and identifying areas for improvement to then develop the company-wide action plan, which will be shared in the coming weeks.
Managers are working with their teams at a local level, to create and implement targeted action plans. Make sure you play your part.
