The countdown is on

We’re in to April which means the countdown is on to the London Marathon 2025. With just 3 weeks to go Josh Mewes, Senior Operations Manager, told us why he’s decided to take on this iconic challenge.
“The reason for taking on London Marathon was for 2 reasons really; Personal accomplishment and to continue to support Alzheimers society UK. Previously I have completed a marathon and multiple half marathons, raising around £3,000 in the last couple of years. The reason for choosing this charity and completing challenges each year is in relation to the loss of my grandmother on Christmas Eve 2 years ago and my grandfather in July 2024. It’s important to me to support families who are going through the same things that I’ve seen during my grandparents’ illnesses.
I am training well and managing work and runs really well with the support of the team at North West Super Hub.”
