Colleague survey - now open!

Our new MyExperience 2025 colleague survey is now open.  During this transformational period at Royal Mail, listening and keeping the conversation going with you, is more important than ever. So, please take part.

The survey looks and feels different this year with a new employee listening platform called Peakon. This will allow us to be more responsive to the feedback you give and support us on our journey to make our company the go-to place to work, where everyone feels welcome, safe, valued and involved.

This new survey is part of our renewed focus on employee experience. By taking part in MyExperience 2025, you can make a difference to where you work and contribute to the company action plan. And in return, our promise to you is simple. We will listen and we will take action.

  • Survey open 3 – 23 March
  • Access via the People App or emailed link
  • Responses completely confidential with protected identity
  • More opportunities to leave open, respectful feedback.
