Countdown to MyExperience 2025

This week we launched the countdown to our new colleague survey called MyExperience, which is provided through a platform called Peakon.  This new and more sophisticated colleague survey focuses on the complete employee experience at Royal Mail.  Whilst remaining completely confidential, it allows for richer feedback to be gathered, provides more in-depth insight and facilitates better action planning.

Our ambition is to make Royal Mail a great place to work where everyone feels welcome, safe, valued and involved.  To achieve this, we need to understand what working life is like for you - what’s good, what needs improving and where action is needed. Your Voice makes a big difference and it is time for you to tell us what you think.

The countdown to MyExperience 2025 started this week ahead of the survey opening on 3 March. Managers will be leading you through the Countdown activities to help get ready to take part.

By taking part in the MyExperience survey you’ll help to build a picture of what it feels like to work here. And in return, our promise to you is simple. We will listen and we will take action. Your identity is protected, as all responses to the survey remain confidential.
