Our people are what make Royal Mail special and we want to celebrate those that make the most difference, all year round.

In 2024 we launched our company-wide and peer-nominated recognition programme - the Heart of Royal Mail Awards and those awards are staying with us in 2025 – but bigger and better. Nominations for the 5 core Awards are open all year round and winners are chosen every few months.

All winners from the year will be invited to a very special annual Heart of Royal Mails Awards event in May. 

Whether your nominee wins or not, the nomination itself is what makes the real difference, it will show that their efforts haven’t gone unnoticed and are appreciated by their peers.

So… Do you know a game changer? Have you been blown away by someone’s outstanding contribution to our work? Does someone in your team always put safety first? Who is providing first class service? Or have you got a community hero you’d like to recognise and celebrate?
