At over 500 years old, our company has undergone constant change to keep growing and evolving to best serve our customers.  As we write our next chapter, it’s the people who get involved, share new ideas, and champion positive change that are driving our progress and success.  These are our Game Changers.

Our last Game Changer Award winner was Sion Fouracre, an engineer from Cardiff Mail Centre. Sion’s innovative thinking led him to develop a method for testing the electromagnets on our Tops 2k machines, meaning many can be refurbished instead of replaced with a significant projected cost savings for the business when it is rolled out nationally.

In May we are excited to be holding our first annual Heart of Royal Mail Awards event, where all our winners from the past year will be invited to attend. We’ll be sharing more details over the coming months!
