Whilst the colder and darker nights may make us want to curl up and not do very much, getting outside and finding ways to exercise can really help protect our mental wellbeing.
Through the Help@hand app you can access motivational resources to help get you started. There are health guides for those of us in our 20s-50s. There is also information on fitness challenges to improve our health.
