It's day five of the Countdown to Christmas calendar - who will be recognised in your unit today?
Recognition is something Chief People Officer, Paula Stannett, is a firm believer in and she was on hand to help give out some awards at Aylesbury Delivery Office.
'I got to see MyPerformance in action,' says Paula. 'Colleagues and managers are using the app every day to see how they're performing.'
Freddo Fridays and football cards are regular ways Customer Operations Manager Joseph Smith engages his team.
'Recognition is hugely important and we need to ensure colleagues are valued and we're celebrating all of our successes,' says Paula.
Paula has been visiting a host of sites across the UK and has enjoyed seeing our 'wonderful employees putting the Christmas show on the road'.
