Christmas star - Tony

Described as a bright light bringing guidance to Sheffield Mail Centre, Workplace Coach, Tony Marsden received a Christmas Star nomination for his thoughtful answers and attentiveness.

Tony’s colleague, Administrator for the Production Supply Team, Yu Liang took the time to recognise his efforts as Tony boosts the team morale by creating a supportive and positive environment to keep them all feel motivated, inspired and confident in their roles.

‘Recognising Tony is important because it shows appreciation for his positive impact on the team. It encourages him to continue his great work and makes him feel valued’ said Yu.

While feel proud to be nominated as a Christmas Star for his above and beyond behaviour, Tony is humble saying: ‘I don’t feel I go above and beyond if I’m honest - I just do my best. It’s very nice to be recognised for my hard work’
