Christmas star - Brad
Hailed as Mr Tiptree – Tiptree Delivery Office Workplace Coach, Brad Esposito was nominated as a Christmas star by Tiptree COM, Rob Turner for his unwavering commitment, positive attitude, and dedication across his 22-year career at Royal Mail.
The nomination left Brad both surprised and humbled: ‘Honestly, I was a bit shocked,’ Brad shared when he learned about his nomination. ‘I feel like I’m just doing my job. But it’s nice to be recognised for the work I do every day.’
For Brad it’s not just about competing his own job, it’s about making sure everyone is supported, whether that’s helping a teammate in need, making sure customers parcels are delivered on time, or taking on extra tasks without hesitation.
‘I like to make sure that everyone is happy and supported. If I see someone needing help, I’m happy to put on my delivery shoes and get outdoors’ said Brad.
During our Peak period, Brad knows just how important it is to keep the momentum going, especially as the volume of deliveries increases. His willingness to work beyond his hours to ensure the Tiptree office meets its daily goals is a testament to his strong work ethic and dedication.
