Why Nominate?

We want everyone to feel proud and excited to celebrate those making the most difference.

A nomination for a Heart of Royal Mail Award is a special way to recognise those who are making the most difference and going above and beyond, as we know so many of our colleagues are.

For each quarterly award winner, senior leaders will host a local presentation to celebrate their success alongside their teammates and colleagues. They will receive a personalised Heart of Royal Mail trophy, £250 in Shine points (to redeem against a gift or voucher of their choice) and a selection of Heart of Royal Mail goodies. The winners’ managers will also hold a local celebration with their colleagues. All our award winners from the year will also be invited, with a guest, to our first annual Heart of Royal Mail Awards event in Spring.

We’ll be choosing our Q2 winners in early January, so get your nominations in before 31 December to ensure your stand-out colleague is recognised with the nomination they deserve!
