Our Christmas stars

When we called out for some Christmas stars amongst our teams, we received an influx of positive recognition of colleagues who bring the festive cheer and go above and beyond.

Advanced Customer Advisor, Alex Hall soon sent in a nomination for teammate Zoe Dunn who is known for bringing the Christmas spirit to the Network Management Team during a busy time.

‘Zoe brings joy by decorating our desks, arranging fun days and buffets which really allows us to celebrate Christmas as a team, and makes us shine brighter’ said Alex.

When asked what motivates Zoe to go the extra mile for her team, she said: ‘I love Christmas and I always go above and beyond for my family, so why not do the same for my work family - I do anything I can to make my colleagues feel happier and less stressed at this busy time.’

‘I like to have things we can all be involved in and look forward to throughout the month such as Elf shenanigans, Secret Santa, Christmas Jumper Day, Christmas Games, Quizzes and of course a Christmas buffet!’ said Zoe.

This nomination meant a lot to Zoe as goes to show that her efforts don’t go unnoticed by her team. Alex is a big advocate for recognising and celebrating our teammates and felt Zoe deserved a real spotlight for all she does.
