Christmas cast – Justice

“Royal Mail means everything at Christmas.”

The words of Justice Daniels, one of the stars of our We are Christmas 2024 campaign feature film, when discussing Royal Mail at Christmas.

Processing Manager Justice, who can be seen busting a move during a big dance ensemble, was invited to take part in the film, which sees colleagues dancing along to Elton John’s chart-topping Step into Christmas, thanks to his work as part of our Employee Resource Groups.

The We are Christmas film is being used to help inspire our people to make it the best Peak yet for our customers.

Justice said: ‘This was fun. In our daily tasks we don’t get to do these things and it’s fun and fantastic to be able to do something else for the business.

‘I had to learn a new dance move! Initially when you see it, it’s quite complicated. But when you break it down it was good fun – we had professional dancers here, being on the set, we had to dance for hours and hours – longer than I’ve ever danced. I loved it though, we had good fun.’

Justice, who works at Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, believes our Peak is the time that Royal Mail truly comes alive.

‘Royal Mail means everything at Christmas,’ he said. ‘For 500 years we’ve been here delivering Christmas and Christmas has always been our busiest time so it’s a very special period and special season for us and we take it to heart. It means a lot to our people and we have to deliver.’
