Raising Concerns

Our new Raising Concerns Procedure will launch on 8 October, replacing the existing Bullying & Harassment and Grievance policies.
We want colleagues to feel comfortable and confident raising concerns if they experience or witness behaviours at work that are not in line with Our Business Standards. The new Raising Concerns Procedure has been developed to ensure that concerns are addressed in a consistent and more timely way. Both our trade unions are supportive of the new approach.
Need to know:
From 8 October 2024:
- Any behaviour or work-related concerns raised by colleagues should be managed under the new Raising Concerns Procedure*
- Colleagues can raise concerns with their manager or by using an online form in the Raising Concerns tile of the People App
- H1 forms (part of the Bullying & Harassment policy) will no longer be in use
- The new Raising Concerns workflow will be live on People Case Manager (PCM).
*Any B&H or grievance cases raised prior to this date should continue to be managed under the respective policy.
All concerns are important and must be treated seriously.
