Menopause support

World Menopause Day

Today, World Menopause Day is a perfect opportunity for everyone to raise awareness of menopause symptoms, encourage open conversation about personal experiences and raise awareness of the support available.

Menopause can have a significant impact on the person experiencing symptoms and their loved ones supporting them through it. It is important to encourage everyone to talk openly about their wellbeing and the impact symptoms are having.

The Let’s Talk Menopause campaign and Reproductive Health Programme offers support to all colleagues, whether you are experiencing symptoms, supporting someone who is.

Check out the Let’s Talk Menopause Workplace group to keep up to date with the latest events and news.
