10 years of support

This November marks 10 years of Royal Mail supporting Missing People - the only UK charity dedicated to supporting anyone affected by a disappearance.
The partnership began back in 2014 as an idea from a postie who was asked to help search for a missing child. Ever since then, Royal Mail have been sending out alerts of vulnerable missing people to PDAs. Since the partnership started, over 300 alerts for missing people have been issued, 268 of whom have been found safe and well.
Missing People provide a lifeline of support for the loved ones left behind. From essential search services to community building, to experienced, emotional understanding, Missing People helps thousands of people every year get through each day.
If you’d like to personally support the charity, you can donate here.
- £5.26 could… Help text 10 families with a missing person to offer support.
- £11.53 could… Answer a Helpline call and support a parent whose child has just gone missing.
- £37.50 could… Pay for the parents of a missing child to have a counselling session to deal with trauma.
Missing People can only be there for the children, the parents and the partners, thanks to your continued support.
