Building Customer Trust
Understanding the importance of protecting customer personal information is a key part of building and maintaining customer trust. Knowing how to handle personal data has never been more important, especially when it comes to Redirection, PO Box and Keepsafe products.
This week we’ve launched some key communications in Deliveries to raise awareness of these products. We’re asking colleagues to take extra care when handling a Redirection, PO Box or Keepsafe product as we never know the circumstances behind it.
