Our employee lifecycle
Earlier this week, our Employee Engagement team hosted over 110 colleagues for the Summer People Panel at The Academy.
The event focused on the key stages of the employee lifecycle to improve retention. The keynot speaker, Robert Fowler, MD and Operations Director, Parcelforce, shared a reflection of his career and held a Q&A session with the audience.
