Reproductive Health

We’re expanding our Let's Talk Menopause campaign and launching a new Reproductive Health Programme, to include topics such as, infertility, endometriosis, heavy periods, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and early menopause.
The Reproductive Health Programme gives colleagues access to resources, raises awareness of the symptoms colleagues may face and support to help everyone have open wellbeing conversations. Including the Let’s Talk Menopause and Reproductive Health Programme Wellbeing Focus Newsletter and the Moments that Matter support guides which help colleagues understand what someone might be experiencing and provides guidance on the right questions to ask when they are supporting a colleague. Click here to access support and to find out more.
When someone is faced with a reproductive health concern it can be difficult to talk openly about how they are feeling. It will not only impact the individual, but their family and loved ones. So understanding how to access available support is important.
