Customer trust is crucial to the success of our business. We have a Regulatory obligation to take all reasonable steps to minimise the exposure of our customers' mail to the risk of loss, theft, damage and/or interference.
Following a recent increase in Doorstepping complaints we're sharing this film - as well as a Worktime Listening & Learning brief in Delivery - to show the impact of not delivering to a secure location, with a real-life example.
