‘We need more Matts’
The compliments for the team at Wickford Delivery Office come in thick and fast with reoccuring praise for the above and beyond behaviour displayed by postie, Matt Turnball.
We recently visited doorsteps in the Essex town to hear first-hand experiences from customers about their positive service from Matt who is hailed as a community hero by local press for his consistently going the extra-mile and his positive attitude.
